B. Approve Resolution 2007.08 “A Resolution of the Port of Sunnyside, Yakima County, Washington, approving and authorizing the Sunnyside Port District application for Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) funds for the E. Edison Industrial Development Project. Suggested motion to approve:
C. Authorize Amber to sign the Scope of Work for Anaerobic Wastewater Treatment with HDR Engineering, Inc. at a cost of $17,555. Suggested motion to approve:
D. Authorize Amber to sign Amendment One to Irrigated Farm Lease for the E. Edison property with Mr Randy Schutt. Suggested motion to approve:
E. Authorize Amber to sign the Ground Lease with Sunnyside School District and if needed, make minor changes. Suggested motion to approve:
