*b. Payables in the amount of $73,474.56 for issue on 02/06/08, Payrolls in the amount of $ 47,853.22 for issue on 02/05/08 and $2,560.82 for issue on 02/06/08 totaling $123,888.60
Suggested motion to approve consent agenda:
B. Approve Resolution 2008-01, “A Resolution of the Port Commission of the Port of Sunnyside, Yakima County, Washington, Approving an Agreement Between the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board (“Cerb”) and the Port of Sunnyside for Aid in Financing the Costs of Public Facilities Consisting of Utilities Including Water, Sewer, Electrical Lines, Irrigation Water Lines, Power, Gas and Telecommunications/fiber Trenches (Collectively the “Project”), and Authorizing and Directing the Port of Sunnyside Manager to Execute Such Agreement and Related Instruments on Behalf of the Port of Sunnyside.”
Suggested motion to approve:
C. Approve Resolution 2008-02, “A Resolution Declaring Excess Personal Property and Authorizing the Disposal of Excess Personal Property.” This resolution declares the 1968 Clark Forklift and 2 steel desks as excess to the Port of Sunnyside’s needs.

D. Authorize Amber to purchase a Toyota Forklift for $12,680.00 plus applicable taxes and freight.

E. Accept the proposals to lease acreage from the Port as complete and move forward with a lease. Proposals were submitted by Mr. Naron Berg and Mr. Rodney Jones.
Suggested motion to approve:
F. Approve leasing approximately 15.25 acres located on Alexander Rd to Mr. Naron Berg at $75.00 per acre plus leasehold, irrigation and assessments for 1 year and authorize Jay to sign on behalf of the Port.
