*b. Payables in the amount of $ 354,186.99 for issue on 04/23/08, Payroll in the amount of $ 24,451.92 for issue on 04/20/08 totaling $378,638.91.
Suggested motion to approve consent agenda:
B. Approve Resolution # 2008-06 “A RESOLUTION of the Port Commission of the Port of Sunnyside, Washington, providing for the issuance and sale of limited tax general obligation bonds of the Port in the principal amount of $1,535,000 to provide funds for infrastructure projects including road, water, street, sewer and sidewalk improvements; providing the date, form, terms and maturities of said bonds; deeming final a preliminary official statement; providing for the disposition of the proceeds of sale; and approving the sale of such bonds.”
