*a. Minutes of the Meeting held on January 21, 2009;
*b. Payables in the amount of $154,145.58 for issue on 02/04/09, payroll in the amount of $1,822.84 for issue on 02/04/09, and payroll in the amount of $18,897.71 for issue on 01/20/09, totaling $174,866.13.
Suggested motion to approve consent agenda:
B. Approve Amendment # 12 to Johnson Foods, Inc. Contract and corresponding Schedule A and authorize Amber to sign on behalf of the Port.

C. Approve Resolution 2009-02 “ A Resolution of the Port Commission of the Port of Sunnyside, Yakima County, Washington, supporting the Sunnyside School District.”
Suggested motion to approve:
D. Approve Resolution 2009-03 “ A Resolution of the Port Commission of the Port of Sunnyside, Yakima County, Washington, approving an agreement between the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board (“CERB”) and the Port of Sunnyside for aid in financing the costs of public facilities consisting of a De-Watering Facility for the treatment of industrial wastewater sludge, and authorizing and directing the Port of Sunnyside Executive Director to execute such agreement on behalf of the Port of Sunnyside.”

E. Approve Amendment # 01 to the Lease with Martha and John Villanueva for Marti’s Flower Carte and authorize Amber to sign on behalf of the Port.
