Sunnyside Industrial Park
Sunnyside Industrial Park is a master planned setting for a broad range of commercial and industrial uses. The 100-acre site provides open space, landscaped streets, walking paths, and a variety of easily developed building sites. The site is composed of two sections divided by Sunnyside Airport Safety Zone 2. The lots north of the Zone are intended for industrial activities. The lots south of Safety Zone 2 are intended for business park activities. The design standards for each of the development areas vary based on the prospective users needs.
