The photos to the left show several hundred acres of open land ready for new industries to locate on. These parcels are immediately south of Interstate 82 at exit 67 and stretch south for approximately 1 mile.

The photo to the right is a 40 acre parcel immediately south of Interstate 82 and ½ mile east of the off-ramp on Midvale Road. Located at the NE corner of McLean and Alexander Roads. To access take exit #67 south ¼ mile to the intersection of Midvale and Alexander Roads, turn east and proceed ½ mile to McLean Road. Utilities are on site or within ¼ mile depending on type of utility.

Sunnyside Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the City of Sunnyside. The property on either end of the runway and immediately south of the hangers is owned by the Port of Sunnyside. This property can be purchased or leased. The airport is 1.5 miles north of I-82 on State Highway 241 and E. Edison.

PORT PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
The Port has set minimum standards on development for Port owned property, they are briefly described below:
- Temporary structures, construction trailers and related temporary buildings will be allowed on site during construction but must be removed within 30 days of construction completion.
- Construction activities will not disrupt business and the operations of adjoining parcels.
- Building fronts will be setback at least 35 feet from right-of-way, rear and side setbacks will be a minimum of 20 feet.
- Parking areas will be setback from property line a minimum of 10 feet and 15 feet from the building.
- Setback areas will be landscaped which will count towards the 15% minimum landscape requirement for the site.
- Landscaping buffers to visually separate public streets from parking areas and other parcels are required.
