Port of Sunnyside - Current Projects
The Port of Sunnyside is pleased to announce the sale of property to
Bleyhls Farm Services, Inc. This project is nearly completed and consists of building a commercial/industrial driveway, rail spur, water, sewer, and industrial sewer lines to the new sites. The new driveway is located off the east side of Midvale road between Curfman Steel Corporation and the Port of Sunnyside Industrial Waste Water Treatment Facility. This development located directly behind the Curfman Steel Building will open up four lots, including Bleyhl’s 2.55 acre site. The location will be for their new propane distribution center.
