The Port of Sunnyside will be undertaking a new rail spur project that will service the future home of Crop Production Services at 1101 Midvale Road. Bids were accepted on July 10, 2018. A total of 2 bids were received from Granite Construction and Rail Works. The contract for this project was awarded on July 11, 2018 to the lowest bidder, Rail Works. Constructions is expected to begin soon.
