Chervenell Construction has started renovating the future home of Varietal Beer Company located at 416 E. Edison Ave. The site is expected to be completed in the Spring of 2018. With plans to completely renovate the former home of the Funny Farm liquor store Varietal Beer Company along with the Port of Sunnyside are excited to watch the transformation happen over the next couple of months. Chervenell Construction Company is currently preparing the site for renovations and Meier Architecture Engineering of Kennewick is assisting in the design and layout of the future taproom. This new business will be a wonderful addition to Sunnyside's downtown core along with the recently opened Co Dinn Cellars just down the block on the corner of 5th Street and Grant Ave.
