Co Dinn Cellars officially opened in downtown Sunnyside in June of 2017. The owner, Co Dinn, was born in Texas and spent most of his wine career at Hogue Cellars in Prosser. At Hogue, Dinn was director of winemaking and responsible for producing hundreds of thousands of cases of wine each year.
Now, he creates about 1,000 cases annually.
These smaller batches mean Dinn can ne-tune and carefully craft each wine.Every bottle comes out tasting exactly the way he expects.
